Thanks for pointing this out. We can preseed these questions to enable 
purging. But thereafter an unowned directory tree is still there:

1m26.2s ERROR: FAIL: Package purging left files on system:
  /var/lib/dbconfig-common/      not owned
  /var/lib/dbconfig-common/sqlite/       not owned
  /var/lib/dbconfig-common/sqlite/movabletype-opensource/        not owned

But this is probably a problem in dbconfig-common.
