Package: bugs.debian.org
Severity: normal

In a mail I sent to the BTS, some accented character appears as UTF-8
while the charset of my message was iso-8859-1:

  http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?msg=22;bug=637394

See my name in the signature.

The copy I've received via the bugs mailing-list (because I'm
subscribed to this bug) is also incorrect.

The message was Bcc'd to myself, and this copy appears to be OK.
So, the problem comes from the Debian side.
