Actually, that's what I wanted to ask you next, but I didn't want to ask you immediately after the upload as the package takes some time to be pushed to the mirrors. So please test 1.4.1exp-1 - this version was built for icedove 11, but shows the same decryption problem with encrypted attachments as far as I tested.
