Hmm, a "update-alternatives --auto unison && update-alternatives --auto
unison-gtk" should correct the problem. This problem is describe in
/usr/share/doc/unison/NEWS.Debian, i think.

But i don't understand : do you want unison or unison2.9.1 ? (if you
want unison2.9.1 you should install it, to reproduce the bug).

FYI: there is a bug in the transition from unison 2.10.2 -> 2.13.16 and
unison2.9.1 2.9.1-2 -> 2.9.1-3, i have made Bad Things (TM) with
update-alternatives, which required people that have "--config unison"
to use "--auto unison" (in other words i made some alternatives
disappear during upgrade).

Kind regard
Sylvain Le Gall

ps: just try --auto unison, to see if it correct your problem.
