You don't need to tell every version where it happens; if I had a fix
I would have given it to you for testing and/or close this bug. As it doesn't
happen...

This is a *important* bug, yes. But more important is to get behind the blockage
caused by the gcc maintainer to actually get 3.5.x into testing to replace the
old, and RC buggy as packages migrated where the build fixes are stuck in 
unstable
3.4.x.

After that we can care about bugs like this. And more long the transition to 
testing
takes the less motivation I get...
