How do you quit rtorrent? Can you check in your session directory that you have a .torrent, .rtorrent and .libtorrent_resume file for each torrent that should get restored, and that they're all readable by the user running rtorrent? Also, I guess the ratio is computed from the total_uploaded value in the .rtorrent files; can you check if it's missing or if it's set to 0 in the files corresponding to the torrents with a null ratio?
