Driver compiles and loads fine (it shows up in lsmod). However, 
sometimes /dev/nvidia* nodes are not created and therefore trying to use 
the driver to run X is impossible. Usually if I simply modprobe and 
rmmod nvidia multiple times eventually the devices show up...
