Yes, I have experienced the same problem, but I wasn't able to find a
solution yet. When looking at "top" one can see that the CPU is
used up by the Xorg xserver. I tried the precompiled version from
the upstream author, which behaves better (it has QT statically linked).
Anyhow, thats the current state of the package, I am not sure if I will
be able to fix the problem :(
It might be a problem with Debians QT package, but its just a wild guess.
