Package: rsync Version: 3.0.9-1 Severity: minor -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1
When resuming a --partial transfer, the calculation of the transfer rate takes into account the complete chunk virtually "transfered" in the first second when rsync detects a part of the file is already there. This breaky the calculation of the average for quite a bit of time afterwards.
