But in particular, /root/libreoffice is interesting. LO itself will create 
/root/.config/libreoffice
if XDG_CONFIG_DIRS isn't set to something insane. (Just verified with a LO 
started as root.

(And I can reproduce LO/"plain" unopkg call creating /root/.config/libreoffice 
but NOT
/root/libreoffice)
