This is non-sense: You can see the bug above; so, it is not a question
of risk, it is a fact. And note that you confirmed the bug.

The reason is that the dependency is obviously not sufficient,
as /usr/share/man/man7/path_resolution.7.gz is not present in
manpages 2.49-1. You need a *versioned* dependency to make sure
that manpages is recent enough.
