Only on that? With "most recent update" you mean 3.5.2-2 to 3.5.2-3?
Where I exchanged --shared to --bundled?

Because -3 to -4 shouldn't affect this, afaics here a list doesn't create
the structure:

root@frodo:/home/rene/Debian/Pakete/LibreOffice/libreoffice-3.5.3/debian# rm
-rf /root/libreoffice/
root@frodo:/home/rene/Debian/Pakete/LibreOffice/libreoffice-3.5.3/debian# rm
-rf /var/lib/libreoffice/share/prereg/bundled/*
root@frodo:/home/rene/Debian/Pakete/LibreOffice/libreoffice-3.5.3/debian#
/usr/lib/libreoffice/program/unopkg list --bundled >/dev/null 2>/dev/null
root@frodo:/home/rene/Debian/Pakete/LibreOffice/libreoffice-3.5.3/debian# ls -l
/var/lib/libreoffice/share/prereg/bundled/
insgesamt 0
root@frodo:/home/rene/Debian/Pakete/LibreOffice/libreoffice-3.5.3/debian# ls -l
/root/
.bash_history .bashrc .cache/ .config/ .gconf/
.local/ Mail/ .profile .viminfo
root@frodo:/home/rene/Debian/Pakete/LibreOffice/libreoffice-3.5.3/debian# ls -l
/root/libreoffice
ls: Zugriff auf /root/libreoffice nicht möglich: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht
gefunden

But sync does...

Anyway, see the discussion in
http://lists.debian.org/debian-openoffice/2012/04/msg00332.html ff.
