This really is a bug in node-contextify.
In fact, changing the first line of /usr/lib/nodejs/contextify/contextifyjs.js
from:
var ContextifyContext = require('contextify').ContextifyContext;
to:
var ContextifyContext = require('./contextify').ContextifyContext;
fixes the bug.
I'll upload a fixed package ASAP.
