Similar situation for looper.pd example. Help -> Browser -> Pure Data -> 7. stuff -> soundfile-tools -> 4.looper.pd
Open sub patch "pd guts" then subpatch "pd audio-transformation" there "../../../extra/looper~" which makes issue.
