I also analysed the *.oxt and the *.jar-file inside whether the path's are wrong, but with no luck. Please try after the failed install: # unopkg validate /usr/share/accessodf/AccessODF.oxt and # unopkg add -v /usr/share/accessodf/AccessODF.oxt and post the output.
