1. Start the browser.
2. Type "ftp://ftp.cs.rochester.edu/"; in the the address line and
press "Enter".
3. Read the followign message:

I expect that the ftp contents is displayed in the browser. (As of
today, the link is not dead, check it, e.g., in iceweasel.)
