What makes you think they relate to the same bug? If they do then of course this is not a kernel bug and we need to reassign it. By the way, Linux for x86_64/amd64 does not support ISA expansion cards. I would expect your ISA cards to still be supported in 32-bit kernel configurations, though it's very likely you will need to do some manual configuration of the driver.
