Package: sphinxsearch Version: 0.9.9-6 Severity: wishlist
In a 2010-07-05 response to this bug, I suggested including sphinxapi.php in the package, to support the SphinxSearch MediaWiki extension. The extension cannot bundle the API, since it does not know which version of SphinxSearch you have. Debian (and thus Ubuntu) could package it, and it's not a large file.
