I'm packaging ReviewBoard itself (#653113) and almost done with it. I've filled #669570 ITP for rbtools package, but guys at debian-devel noticed me that it's already packaged. So could you please update your package to latest upstream version (0.4.1). If you don't have time to do it, I can provide some help with it.
