That option only exists in 1.0.1, but the flag that disables TLS 1.1 was (accidentally, I guess) set in 1.0.0 even though the option didn't exist at that time. Then of course there's another question: if the IRC server I'm having problems with worked perfectly in 1.0.0 (that had no TLS1.1), why does disabling TLS1.1 in 1.0.1 make any difference?
