There's one bug with this patch: the link /usr/lib/<arch>/libwx_gtk2u_media-2.8.so is not installed in any -dev package, meaning that nothing can be linked against the library. Either it should be in the -dev package, obtainable by removing the -X_media from the dh_install invocation in install-gtk-dev, or possibly better, by having a separate install-gtkmedia-dev target and package.
