The came package is not included in Debian anymore - it has been part of lenny, but it's been removed[1] before squeeze. [1]: http://bugs.debian.org/569354 As such, there is little chance the bug can be fixed, as it has been dead upstream too for quite a while. I would suggest looking for an alternative instead. Since the package is not in Debian, and it is unlikely it will come back anytime soon, I would like to close this bug.
