Just for the record, lmt now does not depend on that hook, to be invoked
upon resume. This dependency was removed in one of the last releases
(surely this feature is part of 1.60). It traps the kernel events to
sense that the OS has resumed and thus invokes.

The patch still is correct and I will apply it for the next release.
