No, it's not. The main blocker right now is that libaws was
re-uploaded, which means that the hint one of the other team members
added for the transition is now waiting for the new version of libaws to
have been in unstable for long enough.

Please remove libgtkada2 from testing.
Please note that even if we do so, it won't help libgtkada migrate -
the new version of that source is failing to build on sparc - see
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=libgtkada
