Great. It doesn't matter too much to me if you make them UNRELEASED or just a single entry. If I was doing it, I probably would just put it as a single entry "Initial release (Closes: #583476)", but you're maintainer so you're free to do it how you see fit for the package. Yes, let me know when it's ready and I'll check over it once again and upload.
