Hi Jari Unfortunatly aptitude support is already there and have been there for quite some time. Actually aptitude was working better a release or two ago. Now apt-get is better again but I guess there are a few people around that use it still.
However I'll check to see. Maybe the long options are interchangeable. The short options are for sure.
