Bug#668552: Please include blekko in the search engine list

Similar to bug 616115, it would be nice if the blekko search engine
appeared as an option in the search engine list. I made a long posting
to pkg-mozilla-maintainers summarizing the security, privacy, and
content reasons why adding us might be a good idea. I've attached our
OpenSearch config.
