Package: mplayer Version: 2:1.0~rc4.dfsg1+svn34540-1+b1 Severity: normal Hi!
mplayer fails to play an OGV conference livestream. I've dumped a few seconds to http://adi.loris.tv/broken.ogv VLC and chromium both show the video correctly, mplayer plays audio but only shows a broken image or plain black at 0pfs. Some output that might be useful: [ogg @ 0x7fb34ae0e8c0]Unknown skeleton version 4.0 [ogg @ 0x7fb34ae0e8c0]max_analyze_duration reached [ogg @ 0x7fb34ae0e8c0]Estimating duration from bitrate, this may be inaccurate [lavf] stream 1: video (theora), -vid 0 [lavf] stream 2: audio (vorbis), -aid 0 VIDEO: [theo] 720x480 0bpp 29.970 fps 0.0 kbps ( 0.0 kbyte/s) Failed to open VDPAU backend libvdpau_nouveau.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory [vdpau] Error when calling vdp_device_create_x11: 1 [theora @ 0x7fb34a58e3a0]vp3: first frame not a keyframe A: 0.0 V: 0.0 A-V: 0.018 ct: 0.000 0/ 0 ??% ??% ??,?% 0 0 2% [VD_FFMPEG] DRI failure. This bug is somewhat similar to #613160, but the file referenced there plays flawlessly now/here.
