if this is the wrong place for this ticket, can you or someone reassign
the ticket directly or something?
I confess to being a little bit frustrated that i've been following up
on what i thought was the correct upstream place, and no one who knew
better (including anyone on perl5-porters, apparently) thought to
redirect these discussions to the right location for over two months
(during which time it appears that we missed at least one usptream freeze).
