First to second is difference of 2400268 2,400 seconds ~ 40 minutes.
For this test list ltsp terminal as a xen virtual machine.
I updated all the packages before booting the vm and running the test.
Did not have the vnc terminal open.

Getting me curious what is happening.
Maybe I'll take a peek at the code :-)
