It seems like the -port option supports host:port syntax. See this thread [1]. Very unnatural I would say. It is strange that the server supports also the -url param but takes only port out of it.
For the time being -port 0.0.0.0:PORT should keep you going. The thread I mentioned suggests there is some change in newer versions but I didn't verify that.
