None of the changelog.Debian, NEWS.Debian, etc. mention this deprecation. The only mention I can find of it is in the internal Python docstring of ‘rsvg’ which is never output and is not documentation for the command. I don't know how the upstream notified users of this – perhaps they never did – but notification doesn't appear in the Debian package. Please ensure that there is clear documentation of this change in the Debian package, and in the documentation for ‘rsvg’ (man page and help output).
