Something is strange here ... I just did:
- created a clean testing chroot
- installed texlive-base in it
- changed the sources.list to sid
- called apt-get dist-upgrade
and it worked without any problem, on the first run, no errors,
everything configured.
Is this a clean environment or something else? It might be a problem
with debconf?
