Sorry, I am indeed... I had checked the headers involved in all three bugs
you reported to see if anything obvious occurred to me, and I wanted to see
if the headers were meant to be included on their own but beyond that I
haven't had the time to do much.
Here's what I've found:
* dshow.h is meant to be included pretty much on its own, so I'll forward
this bug upstream after checking the trunk;
* dxerr9.h is odd - are you sure it's meant to be included without including
other DirectX headers?
* windns.h needs windows.h, including the latter first allows your test
program to build.
Looking at the current ptlib code, in fact it uses dxerr.h. Also, I
noticed that the file which includes it is not compiled on mingw
(something changed in the past), hence dxerr.h potential error is
obsolete for me.
So it remains only the dshow.h inclusion. Have you obtained any new
information?
