The server's logging is turned on and it shows the server starting up and shutting down as follows: [Fri Sep 30 14:35:55 2005] Restarting server... [Fri Sep 30 14:41:01 2005] Server shutting down due to SIGTERM, deleting pid I have tried in listen to bind to a particular IP address (my server's) now.
