Package: emesene Version: 2.12.1+dfsg-1 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
Basically what it says on the tin. Randomly, messages I send will not appear in the chat window, nor will they be logged. However, my contact still receives them just fine. The same issue can happen with received messages, where they simply don't show up in the chat, though I'm pretty sure I still get notifications. I don't know exactly what kind of messages trigger it, but it is reproducible with the same ones, and it also seems to be more reliable, or at least differently triggered with text output instead of Adium for chat windows (Preferences->Extensions->Categories:conversation output) Example message for reproducing with the text mode output follows: http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=26147119 Ignore this if you get it I'm trying to trigger that problem with this client so hopefully it can be fixed. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_AU.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_AU.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages emesene depends on: ii python 2.7.2-10 ii python-cairo 1.8.8-1+b2 ii python-crypto 2.5-2 ii python-dbus 0.84.0-3 ii python-farsight 0.0.31-1+b1 ii python-gobject 3.1.0-2 ii python-gst0.10 0.10.22-3 ii python-gtk2 2.24.0-3 ii python-notify 0.1.1-3 ii python-openssl 0.13-1 ii python-webkit 1.1.8-2 Versions of packages emesene recommends: ii python-xmpp 0.4.1-cvs20080505.2 Versions of packages emesene suggests: pn python-gtkspell <none> -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
