Package: vlc Version: 2.0.0-6 Hello,
This is a behaviour which seems to happen since VLC 2.0. Not easy to determine the cause of it, but there is some kind of unresponsiveness to actions with VLC interface (volume change being the most notable one). I am unsure of what circumstances make this effect aggravated. When the video is paused, things go back to normal for a time. Not a very useful bugreport, but still the annoyance is visible.
