Package: inform-mode Version: 1.5.8-3 Severity: wishlist Dear Maintainer,
I've noticed that inform-mode has a lot of variables whose docstrings begin with "*" (signifying that they are intended to be set by the user), and most of the ones I've looked at so far seem as if they should be defined using `defcustom' to make them easier to find and change. (A lot of them also seem as though they could use a 'safe-local-variable property.) I plan to submit a patch to do just this in the near future. -- Hi! I'm a .signature virus!
