There was delay in my merge command =) we resolved on IRC that in
actual fact '..' is ok, and that mirror/apt-proxy that I was using was
borked, thinking it's a security risk.

Well i have now correctly merged this bug with a bug filed against
apt-cacher-ng when ..-2 was uploaded.
