3.0 quilt would not be an improvement, IMO.  I have no desire to implement a
version control system inside of the source package.  we have so many to
chose from already.  Killing dh_movefiles, definitely.  dh as a command hurts
when I backport, though not so much anymore.

I'll start with your diff and work forward from there.  The python packaging
around zenmap was my real blocker, and it's good to see someone has dealt
with working me past my learning curve there.
