Package: dracut Version: 017-1 Severity: normal * What led up to the situation? dracut -f initramfs-3.2.0-1-amd64.img $(uname -r)
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? Nothing. Just created an initrd. * What was the outcome of this action? Error message during the creation of the initrd: "E: Directories consolefonts, consoletrans, keymaps not found. Please inform us about the issue including your OS name and version." * What outcome did you expect instead? No error message. If dracut depended on console-data, the error wouldn't appear. root@debbox:~# dracut -f initramfs-3.2.0-1-amd64.img $(uname -r) <snip> E: Directories consolefonts, consoletrans, keymaps not found.
