libccid (1.8.2-1) for AMD64 and libpcsclite1 (1.8.2-1) for AMD64 prevent
the Reiner-SCT-RFID-Komfort-Cardreader (Germany) from working. It is
necessary to install the previous versions (1.5.5-4), but any upgrade of
Wheezy again installs the unworkable versions 1.8.2-1.
