While booting the machine I can see the command not found error fly by, complaining it cannot run 'kernelversion', which is indeed in the initscript. KVER_MAJOR=$(kernelversion) This is used to check for other modules files, I saw in another patch another way to find out the major version (by Ronald Lembcke): > I would suggest something like: > KVER_MAJOR=${KVER%${KVER#*.*[^.]}} > to fix it. The command is nowhere to be found, however...
