Clients breaking connection cause fastcgi process to terminate with untrapped signal 6. This can be exploited in a denial of service attack because the process won't respawn if it fails to live for more than 30 seconds.

"On line 158 of fcgi.c (0.8.5) err needs to be copied to errno so rb_sys_fail works correctly."
