Package: reportbug Version: 3.2 Severity: normal Running reportbug, I was alarmed to find that pressing the down cursor at a prompt crashed it. I then discovered that my laptop's external keyboard had somehow started sending bogus codes, as pressing down on the laptop had no ill effects. Emacs was also confused: when run at the console, pressing down seemed to generate Ctrl+/ Down.
Nevertheless, reportbug shouldn't crash whatever bogus keystrokes it may receive. -- Package-specific info: ** Environment settings: EDITOR="zile" VISUAL="emacsclient" ** /home/rrt/.reportbugrc: reportbug_version "2.58" mode standard ui text realname "Reuben Thomas" email "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.8 Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages reportbug depends on: ii python2.3 2.3.4-19 An interactive high-level object-o -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
