Just wanted to let you know I uploaded heaplayers about two weeks ago, but it is still sitting in new (it needs to be approved to be included in Debian). In the meantime, you may wish to download the packages from http://people.debian.org/~adamm/heaplayers/ The libhoard allocator is in the heaplayers-allocators package. - Adam
