It's not 'regardless' of any licensing fuss.  It can't be linked in with
GPL'd code.  If you fine a case where that's happening then let us know
so we can fix it.  OpenLDAP isn't GPL, but lots of things which are link
against it, so it can't link against a GPL-incompatible license.
