I fear the problem persists with: Package: rsync Architecture: i386 Version: 2.6.3-2 This is over Kerberos rsh betwen two Debian systems. Pushing data appears to work fine. Pulling data quickly reaches a deadlock state where neither side makes any progress and rsync has to be killed (separately on both the server and the client).
