I think that's default or part of Tabbrowser Extensions. Either way that's
how it works for me. But, from time to time, I still miss the dialog box.
The only feature that I am looking for is what URL I typed last time, so I
could see it again or modify it. Ctrl-O from IE wouldn't replace it, for
example (that one doesn't keep last entry).

Another reason to have the dialog window is that you could enlarge it to see
the whole URL. These it's split like 60-40 for URL-title and there is often
not enough space in browser window to see the URL.

Oh, wait - we are talking about Galeon, aren't we? I stopped using that one
several months ago. Firefox is what "the web, only the web" is about.
Galeon, after it switched, became too annoying to use. Too many dependencies
on Gnome and too many other annoyances.

Quick check on galeon.sf.net suggests that Galeon hasn't been touch for a
year. The top news is from January 2004. I think it's time just bury the
beast.

I suggest then to label this one as "wontfix", if it's not yet already. Or
close it - I don't have any interests in Galeon anymore. It's gone from my
systems and I don't install or recommend it on new ones.

Thanks,

 - Peter.
