There is a mistake in the Unicode map of lat2u-16.psf.gz, which causes
that the U+0143 character is not displayed.  Now, I don't have no idea
how things are being fixed in PSF files, but when I extracted the table
with psfgettable, fixed the table, then stripped the original table with
psfstriptable and added the modified table again with psfaddtable, it
works fine for me.  I'm sending my changes to the table as a context
